It appears as though Bruce has had a change of heart.
While I am happy he's supporting a worthwhile cause, I have to wonder what made him decide to participate?
Does he not realize that tanning is linked to the increase in melanoma?Does he not care one way or another? Is it just a paycheck? Am I the only one who questions his mixed signals?
Whatever, Bruce, I'm glad you aren't a skin cancer survivor speaking at another darn tanning convention...

I agree Chelsea there are mixed signals and perhaps for sure $$$ involved!
I do hope you and your family are on the road to life getting back to normal after Sandy.
All good wishes.

I am glad to hear he changed his mind about tanning, but I do wonder why.
I'm going to be really cynical and say $$$$$. Harrumph.
I am so glad you posted this. I am a stage 4 warrior and involved supporting MRF and I know they would NEVER knowingly muddy their name with someone involved in tanning. I have it on good authority he was never really invited nor is he attending, his name was just on a list provided by Kevin Nealon. If you check MRFs website you will see his name is gone. Kevin lost a good friend to Mel and is very involved in trying to make this event a success and raise funds we all so desperately need for research.
I did notice that it says he was "invited." This flyer doesn't actually mention him speaking or even attending the event. I'm going to guess the above comment is probably correct.
didnt his stepdaughter Khloe have a scare with skin cancer revealed on their show Keeping Up With The Kardashians a few seasons ago ?!?!?! id like to think her near miss opened his eyes as well as others !!!
please note ... i did not read your rant prior to my most recent post ... after reading i am so disappointed in what i believe is just ignorance ... i was once a fan if this show, even dvr ing episodes ... wow, needless to say watching their show will never be a priority of mine ... im feeling pretty disrespected by the Kardashian family right now :/
