Why I Could Have Gone to Jail Today.

Let me begin this by saying,
I am not a violent person.

That being said, I was in Barnes & Noble this evening with my mom. We were sitting there, waiting for our lattes, when this bleached blonde girl walks up to the counter. She looks as orange as the Jersey Shore cast. Pretty girl. Seems friendly. But, I wanted to punch her in the face.

Why?

Because she tans. Often, by the looks of it.

I had just gotten out of a 3 hour PET CT to see where else the melanoma has spread, and here is this orange female, living life to the fullest. (Yes, I am aware she may have horrible situations in her life. We never know what someone is going through. I never claimed this was an intelligent feeling...)

I became so angry!  I know, I know. I said I was not going to ask the "Why me" questions, but, my goodness. I keep getting hit over the head with bad news.

Give. Me. A. Freaking. Break.

I'm starting to think maybe I should invest in a kick boxing class...

I'm sure it would be less expensive than the bail my family will have to pay if I start beating up tan chicks.

It is okay and completely normal to be angry...I know I am!

I wrestle with this on a daily basis too. Glad to see someone else feels the same way!
